Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition: The items must be in their original, undamaged condition. If the packaging is too damaged, you can use a similar-sized box or one no longer than 108 inches. If the item was delivered unassembled, it should be returned in the same unassembled state.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page, and items purchased at a clearance rate cannot be returned.
Refunds: If the item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within the 30-day window. However, any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
Here's how exchanges work:
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we initiate a refund. If you choose store credit, it will be processed within 24 hours of initiation. Refunds to the original payment method typically take 3-5 business days.
New Orders: You have two options: you can either order your new item before returning the old one or wait until your refund is processed to place the new order.
Return Shipping Fee: If applicable, the return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
